Your product is eligible:
If the product itself is faulty (breaks or cracks) within 2 weeks of delivery, send it back and we will replace it at no charge to you.
If just the locking loop breaks, at any time after purchase, during use, please send a picture, a description of what happened, and your mailing information to our contact page, and we will send a replacement.
All other returns of fully functioning products are eligible for refund within a month of purchase. Please use our contact page or email us at management@trappress.com for information on how to proceed with a return.
Your product is not eligible:
If the product was broken through misuse
1 month after date of purchase
All other returns are reviewable for eligibility upon receival of return or information.
